Shipping methods

With the LetMeShip Office Solution you can choose between different shipping methods e.g. Express, SameDay, courier, special, documents or pallet.

Label format

During the shipping process a DIN A5 PDF label will automatically be created. It can be printed from standard printers or label/thermoprinters.

Shipping data management

All your shipping data is saved in the LetMeShip interface. This lets you generate an address book and create default packages.

Interfaces

The Office Solution can be integrated into your existing systems and processes through different interfaces. Connections to ERP-sytems are possible as well as integration of various hardware or processing partners.

Cross carrier service

No matter which carrier you choose for your shipment, we are the central point of information. You can contact us in case of questions or claims. We also assist you with customs problems or other shipment concerning topics

Shipping options

With the Office Solution you can book various shipping options. From SameDay shipping and hazardous goods to Saturday delivery. By comparing carriers with and without framework contracts you can always choose the best carrier for you offering your selected shipping method.

Our office solution offers a web portal especially for your decentralized office shipping. Through an easy web application it is possible to ship directly from any workplace. Of course it is also possible to use it in mail rooms, home-offices and branches. The shipping portal is carrier independent and lets you process your shipping’s easily. An independent price comparison of all carriers lets you always find the best price for your shipment. Shipment management, address management or tracking and tracing – everything you need to process your shipping’s fast is integrated into the system.
